TRAXX Events Refund Policy

 

Thank you for choosing to participate in a TRAXX Event. We aim to provide clear and straightforward policies to ensure a smooth experience for all our participants. Please review our refund policy below, which applies to all ticket purchases made through our platform:

 

1. No Refunds

 

• All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for tickets purchased, except under specific circumstances as outlined below. This policy is clearly stated during the registration confirmation process and reiterated in your confirmation email.

 

2. Exceptional Refund Circumstances

 

• Underage Participants: Refunds will be issued if a ticket was purchased for a participant under the age of 18 who does not have consent from a parent or guardian to participate in the event.

• Event Cancellation or Postponement: If TRAXX Events cancels or postpones an event, participants will be eligible for a full refund. Information about the cancellation or postponement will be communicated as early as possible via email and on our official platforms.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

• Order details and confirmation number

• Reason for refund (underage participant without consent or event cancellation/postponement)

• Any supporting documents if applicable (e.g., written parental denial for participants under 18)

 

4. Processing Refunds

 

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the request has been verified and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
